It was so difficult to connect Indian debit cards with PayPal and Google Wallet. SBI partnered with PayPal last month. Not every cards of SBI suitable for this use. More than 80 percentage of cards circulating in India are SBI cards and 3D SecureCode (MasterCard) or Verified by Visa (Visa) were actually the problem makers. This secure layer is only existed in India which forwarded RBI. SBI now replaced those verification with OTP to make the cards more compatible with International sites.

Which SBI Card Support PayPal and Google Wallet?
You don't want waste your time by trying all your old cards with PayPal. Just get SBIinTouch Tap & Go NFC VISA Debit Card from your branch. Here is the link to the SBI website post. As per the SBI written there this card is available for every customers just like most of the cards. You just want to apply in your home branch specifying the card name as SBIinTouch Tap & Go NFC VISA Debit Card. I heard there is a MasterCard in this series, but I am not sure whether that card is suitable for our use. If you had any experience with that card just share it in comments.
Your home branch people might not aware of this type of card. This is very new one. You just say them, I have found the card in SBI official site and to process the request.

We could expect such good initiation from other Indian banks in very near future. Anyway we can only use the Paypal to buy something but for the P2P money transfer. We have to wait little more time to get very good Money transfer service in India.
